Course Description: A leader's ability to supervise others is directly related to their ability to supervise themselves. Many new leaders find that the day-to-day challenges of managing their time, coping with stress, and revisiting breakdowns in communication tap their energy, creativity, and overall leadership effectiveness. Mastering the art of self-management frees a leader to positively impact the development and productivity of the people they lead. These sessions will help you get a grip on time, stress and interpersonal communication so that you can control them instead of them controlling you. Taught by the MSU Leadership Program.
Meeting Place and Times: October 26 - November 16, 2009; Mondays from 6:15 - 9:15 pm; 102 Culbertson Hall, MSU Campus.
