Course Description: The death of a homeless man who froze to death in the cab of an unlocked truck in Bozeman a couple years ago shocked citizens into an awareness of a problem many had ignored. However, some organizations have been working with the problems of the homeless for many years.
At its Second Friday Forum on April 10, Wonderlust presents Bonnie Hash, director of the Family Health Ministry at the Bozeman United Methodist Church. Hash will explain the background of the program which has provided medical evaluations and referrals to the homeless for the past several years. Wonderlust Second Friday Forums are free and open to the public. Audience members are encouraged to bring their lunch while the sponsors provide cookies and coffee.
