Course Description: Wonderlust invites the public to the second part of its investigation of health care reform. Robert Putsch, M.D. of Physicians for a National Health Program will present “Making Sense of Health Care Reform.” Putsch’s organization counts over 16,000 physicians as members and has been advocating for some form of single-payer health care for many years. The presentation – part of Wonderlust’s regular Second Friday Forum series – will begin with a summary of an April 15 Wonderlust presentation by Matt Slonaker of Senator Max Baucus’ office who briefed attendees on the senator’s efforts toward health care reform. Wonderlust Second Friday Forums are free and open to the public. Audience members are encouraged to bring their lunch while the sponsors provide cookies and coffee.
