Course Description

Registration begins on March 23rd - register for CRN 11223.
This exciting course is designed for elementary to high school teachers. The course provides an effective way to integrate instructional scientific strategies for teachers. Students will share cross-level instruction and constructive ideas. The goal of this course is to promote the study of insects and applications of insects. Teachers may use this eight-week course for their science professional development.

Meeting Place and Times

Teachers login to the course at a time of day that best fits their schedule. It is necessary to connect at least 4 - 6 times per week to stay current and successfully complete this 3 credit course. Plan to spend 14-18 hours per week to complete the course requirements.

Graduate standing; interest in science and insects

Target Audience

Elementary - High School science teachers interested in insects.
