Community Technology and Cultural Heritage Learning Centers provide reservation residents with the training and equipment needed to use new technologies and with opportunities and technical support to capture and preserve the history, stories and other cultural resources of their tribes.

Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate in this process.  Youth teach elders technology skills in TeCH centers located in reservation senior citizen  complexes

The resulting materials are be formatted as "cultural modules" and shared with the community and tourists in kiosks in the reservation Cultural Centers
