Mozart’s The Magic Flute

A Multimedia Journey

Travel backstage to experience the sights and sounds of an opera…long before the curtain goes up. The 2007 performance of The Magic Flute occurs May 16, 18 and 20, but for months prior, an army of singers, musicians, set- and prop-builders, costume designers and organizers are at work. They are mostly volunteers, and many are MSU students, staff and alumni.

This site is presented by the Intermountain Opera Association and MSU Extended University / Burns Technology Center. Performances take place at the Willson Auditorium in Bozeman, Montana. To purchase tickets or for more information about the opera, its cast and the history of the Intermountain Opera Association, visit http://www.operabozeman.org
